Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Cybis 10:25 is an oromucosal oil formulation containing a fixed ratio of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), specifically 10 mg THC and 25 mg CBD per mL, dissolved in medium-chain triglycerides. The product is designed so that the CBD component counteracts the psychoactive effects of THC while also contributing to analgesic activity. Cybis 10:25 has been studied for use in patients with moderate to severe chronic back or neck pain unresponsive to over-the-counter non-opioid analgesics. In clinical studies, it demonstrated dose-dependent reductions in pain as well as improvements in depressive symptoms and stress. The mechanism of action involves modulation of cannabinoid receptors by both THC and CBD[1][3].
