This therapeutic agent is an autologous dendritic cell (DC) vaccine designed to stimulate a robust anti-tumor immune response. It consists of patient-derived dendritic cells that are matured ex vivo and pulsed with a combination of tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) and control peptides. The primary components include peptides from **Cyclin B1**, a regulatory protein often overexpressed in various malignancies, and **Wilms' Tumor Protein 1 (WT1)**, a transcription factor frequently found in leukemias and solid tumors. The vaccine also includes **CEF peptides** (derived from Cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr Virus, and Influenza) which serve as a positive control and adjuvant to boost memory T-cell responses. By presenting these specific antigens via the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) pathways, the vaccine aims to activate and expand tumor-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) capable of identifying and eliminating cancer cells expressing Cyclin B1 and WT1.
