It blocks the activation of downstream signaling pathways critical for tumor growth and survival. This combination targets multiple mechanisms involved in cancer cell proliferation and survival. Pyrotinib specifically provides targeted therapy against HER2-positive breast cancer by inhibiting the ErbB family of receptors, while the other agents provide broad cytotoxic effects. The regimen may be used in investigational or off-label settings for high-risk or advanced HER2-positive breast cancer[1][7][10].
