Cyclophosphamide + etoposide is a combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of two small molecule cytotoxic agents. Etoposide is a topoisomerase II inhibitor that prevents the re-ligation of DNA strands during replication, resulting in DNA breaks and apoptosis.
