Overview

CEOP is a chemotherapy regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide, etoposide, vincristine, and prednisone. It is primarily used in the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCL) and other aggressive lymphomas. This regimen is a modification of the standard CHOP regimen, where etoposide replaces doxorubicin. The typical dosing schedule includes cyclophosphamide 750 mg/m² IV on day 1, etoposide 100 mg/m² IV on days 1-3, vincristine 2 mg IV on day 1, and prednisone 100 mg/day for 5 days.
