Cyclophosphamide + mitomycin c is a combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of two antineoplastic agents—cyclophosphamide, an alkylating agent of the nitrogen mustard type, and mitomycin c, an antitumor antibiotic with alkylating properties. Both drugs act primarily by cross-linking DNA strands and inhibiting DNA synthesis, leading to cell death.
