This regimen is designed for intensive chemotherapy, most notably for refractory or relapsed lymphomas (such as Hodgkin's or Non-Hodgkin lymphoma) and may be used as conditioning for stem cell transplantation or as salvage therapy in resistant disease[2][1]. It is not a widely standardized regimen; similar combinations are referenced in clinical studies as modifications or alternatives to more established regimens, sometimes with etoposide or substitutions in the regimen[2][1][4][3][5].
