cyclophosphamide + vincristine + adriamycin + dacarbazine

CYVADIC is a combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide, vincristine, adriamycin (doxorubicin), and dacarbazine. Studies have shown an overall response rate of approximately 47%, with 15% complete responses and 32% partial responses. The most responsive tumor types include neurofibrosarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, fibrosarcoma, and angiosarcoma. The typical dosing schedule includes cyclophosphamide (500 mg/m² IV on day 1), vincristine (1 mg/m² IV on day 1), adriamycin (50 mg/m² IV on day 1), and dacarbazine (600 mg/m² IV on days 1 and 2). Main toxicities include myelosuppression, vomiting, fever of unknown origin, and neuropathy.
