Overview

A combination therapy consisting of cyclosporine, carfilzomib, and dexamethasone being investigated for the treatment of relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). This regimen is specifically targeted at patients who have received at least two prior lines of therapy including carfilzomib, were non-responsive or refractory to carfilzomib, and have elevated expression of Peptidylprolyl Isomerase A (PPIA) in their myeloma cells. Cyclosporine is administered with dose titration to achieve a target trough concentration, while carfilzomib and dexamethasone follow standard administration protocols.
