Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CystiRelief+ (marketed as URIEXO CystiRelief+) is an over-the-counter oral combination product developed by Tyros Biopharma for the symptomatic relief of burning pain and stinging discomfort associated with cystitis (bladder inflammation) in adult women. The formulation contains two active ingredients: sodium citrate (4 g) and cranberry fruit extract (275 mg). Sodium citrate acts as a urinary alkalizing agent that increases urine pH, thereby reducing the acidity of the urine and alleviating the painful, burning sensations during urination. Cranberry fruit extract provides a source of antioxidants and supports overall urinary tract health. CystiRelief+ is supplied as a powder in convenient single-dose sachets to be dissolved in water, offering a fast-acting, non-prescription, and antibiotic-free option for managing acute cystitis symptoms.
