Overview
This is an **experimental combination therapy** consisting of three components: dabrafenib (a selective BRAF inhibitor), LTT462 (a selective ERK1/2 inhibitor), and spartalizumab (a monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1, PD-1).
