Overview

**Daclatasvir + asunaprevir + beclabuvir** is an oral fixed-dose combination of three small-molecule direct-acting antivirals developed by Bristol Myers Squibb for chronic hepatitis C virus infection. Daclatasvir inhibits the HCV NS5A replication complex, asunaprevir inhibits the HCV NS3/4A serine protease, and beclabuvir is a nonnucleoside inhibitor of the HCV NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase. The combination was marketed in Japan as **Ximency** for improvement of viremia in patients with genotype 1 chronic hepatitis C or compensated cirrhosis, administered as two tablets twice daily after meals for 12 weeks.
