This is a combination immunosuppressive regimen consisting of **daclizumab**, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the alpha subunit of the interleukin-2 receptor (CD25); **mycophenolate mofetil**, an antimetabolite prodrug that inhibits the enzyme inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase, thereby suppressing lymphocyte proliferation; and **sirolimus**, a mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) inhibitor that also reduces T-cell proliferation by blocking IL-2 signal transduction.
