Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a **combination of three agents**: - **Dacomitinib** is an oral, irreversible small molecule inhibitor targeting the tyrosine kinase activity of the human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR/HER1), HER2, and HER4, primarily used for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR mutations. - **Probiotic** refers to live microorganisms (often bacteria or yeast) intended to provide health benefits, commonly for gut microbiome modulation or gastrointestinal health; these are not pharmaceuticals but biological dietary supplements or live biotherapeutic products, with mechanisms largely involving modulation of the microbiome and host immune responses. - **Alclometasone** is a synthetic topical corticosteroid (low-to-medium potency), used for treating a variety of inflammatory and pruritic skin conditions via anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive, and vasoconstrictive actions when applied to the skin[1][2][4][6][8]. There is no evidence in current literature or regulatory databases of any combination drug product or branded combination containing all three constituents.
