Drug intelligence / Profile preview
dalmelitinib + aumolertinib (HS-10241 + aumolertinib) is an investigational oral combination regimen developed by Hansoh Pharma for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen combines dalmelitinib (HS-10241), a highly selective small-molecule MET tyrosine kinase inhibitor (MET-TKI), with aumolertinib, a third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) TKI. This dual-targeting approach is designed to overcome MET-amplification-mediated bypass resistance, which frequently occurs after progression on prior EGFR-TKI therapy. In the Phase III HS-10241-301 trial (NCT06110663), the combination demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival (PFS) compared to platinum-based chemotherapy in patients with EGFR-mutated, MET-amplified advanced NSCLC. A New Drug Application (NDA) for the combination was accepted by China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in February 2026.
