Overview

Dalpiciclib (SHR6390) is a selective cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor developed for the treatment of hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. Famitinib (SHR 1020) is an orally bioavailable small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting multiple receptors including vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, VEGFR-3), platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR), and proto-oncogene protein c-kit. The combination of dalpiciclib and famitinib is being investigated in clinical trials for the treatment of HR+/HER2- advanced or metastatic breast cancer[1][4][7]. Dalpiciclib induces G1 cell cycle arrest by inhibiting CDK4/6 activity[3][6][8], while famitinib inhibits angiogenesis and tumor cell proliferation through its multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibition[2][5].
