**Danshen + chuanxiongqin** is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combination of extracts from *Salvia miltiorrhiza* (danshen, red sage root) and *Ligusticum chuanxiong* (chuanxiong), commonly formulated as an injection (Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection, DSCXQ) for treating cerebral ischemic stroke, coronary heart disease, and related conditions.
