Dapagliflozin + valsartan is a **combination of two small molecule pharmaceutical drugs**: dapagliflozin, a sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitor, and valsartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). While there are clinical studies examining combinations of dapagliflozin with ARBs (and with sacubitril/valsartan, specifically), dapagliflozin + valsartan as a discrete fixed-dose combination product does not appear to be a widely approved or branded entity; its use is typically in co-prescription settings for heart failure, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes.
