Overview

Daratumumab + pomalidomide is a combination therapy used for the treatment of multiple myeloma. Daratumumab is a CD38-directed monoclonal antibody that targets the CD38 protein expressed on multiple myeloma cells. Pomalidomide is an immunomodulatory agent that enhances T-cell and natural killer (NK) cell-mediated immunity and inhibits pro-inflammatory cytokine production. This combination is typically administered with dexamethasone (D-Pd) for patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least two prior therapies including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor.
