daratumumab + talquetamab + teclistamab

This is a combination of three monoclonal antibodies—**daratumumab**, **talquetamab**, and **teclistamab**—under investigation primarily for the treatment of multiple myeloma. **Daratumumab** targets **CD38** on myeloma cells, inducing cell death through multiple immune-mediated mechanisms. **Talquetamab** is a bispecific T cell engager antibody, targeting **GPRC5D** on myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells, thus redirecting T-cell cytotoxicity toward multiple myeloma cells. **Teclistamab** is another bispecific T cell engager, targeting **BCMA** on myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells, stimulating T-cell mediated killing of BCMA+ myeloma cells.
