datopotamab deruxtecan + durvalumab

Datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) + durvalumab is a combination therapy consisting of a TROP2-directed antibody drug conjugate (datopotamab deruxtecan) and an anti-PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitor (durvalumab). Datopotamab deruxtecan is specifically engineered with a datopotamab antibody component that targets TROP2 and a DXd payload connected via a stable cleavable linker. When combined with durvalumab, this therapy has shown robust and durable tumor responses in various cancer types, particularly in breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. The combination works by both directly targeting cancer cells through the ADC mechanism and enhancing immune system response against cancer cells through PD-L1 inhibition.
