This drug is an investigational **combination therapy** composed of **dazostinag (TAK-676, a selective stimulator of the STING pathway), pembrolizumab (a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1), a platinum-based chemotherapy agent (such as cisplatin or carboplatin), and 5-fluorouracil (an antimetabolite chemotherapeutic)**.
