DE-117 + timolol

**DE-117 + timolol** is a combination ophthalmic therapy for the treatment of *open-angle glaucoma* and *ocular hypertension*. DE-117 (omidenepag isopropyl) is a novel selective agonist of the **prostaglandin EP2 receptor**, which lowers intraocular pressure (IOP) primarily by enhancing aqueous humor outflow through conventional pathways[2][4]. Timolol is a non-selective **beta-adrenergic receptor antagonist (beta blocker)**, which decreases aqueous humor production in the eye to reduce IOP. The combination is designed to provide additive or synergistic IOP-lowering effects.
