Decoy20 (Indaptus Therapeutics)

Decoy20 is a systemically administered, investigational immunotherapy being developed by Indaptus Therapeutics for the treatment of various cancers and viral infections. [14, 16, 19] The drug is composed of a single strain of attenuated and killed, non-pathogenic, Gram-negative bacteria. [15, 17, 19] It functions as a broad, multi-targeted agonist that activates both the innate and adaptive immune systems by engaging multiple pattern recognition receptors, including Toll-like receptors (TLRs), Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain (NOD)-like receptors (NLRs), and the Stimulator of Interferon Genes (STING) pathway. [15, 19, 20] This antigen-agnostic approach is designed to 'reset' the immune system, inducing a broad inflammatory response and promoting the trafficking of immune cells to attack tumors. [13, 17] Decoy20 is being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial (INDP-D101) as a monotherapy and in combination with the PD-1 inhibitor tislelizumab for patients with advanced solid tumors and lymphomas. [18, 19]
