Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Dengue Virus Vaccine (SET Technology) is a DNA/RNA-based vaccine candidate currently in preclinical development for the prevention of Dengue Virus infection. Developed by SET Technology using their proprietary platform, the vaccine is designed to deliver genetic sequences encoding specific dengue virus antigens into host cells. This process triggers the production of viral proteins, which then stimulate the immune system to generate a protective response, including the production of neutralizing antibodies and T-cell activation. The goal of the program is to provide an effective immunization strategy against the dengue virus using advanced nucleic acid delivery technology.
