Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Denikitug + zimberelimab is an investigational combination therapy for advanced solid tumors. Denikitug (GS-1811) is an afucosylated anti-CCR8 monoclonal antibody designed to selectively deplete CCR8+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) in the tumor microenvironment, enhancing anti-tumor immunity. Zimberelimab is an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody that blocks PD-1-mediated inhibition of T cell responses, promoting immune-mediated tumor destruction. The combination aims to synergistically augment adaptive immune responses against tumors by targeting both immunosuppressive Tregs and inhibitory PD-1 signaling. The primary indication under investigation is advanced solid tumors in patients who have failed, are intolerant to, or ineligible for other clinically beneficial treatments[1][5][6][9].
