Overview

Combination of **denosumab**, a fully human monoclonal antibody that targets and inhibits RANK ligand (RANKL), with **SHR-2017**, a first-in-class fully human bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets both RANKL and nerve growth factor (NGF). Denosumab is established for prevention of skeletal-related events in patients with bone metastases and osteoporosis. SHR-2017 is designed to prevent bone-related events and alleviate pain in patients with bone metastasis, likely by dual inhibition of osteoclast activation (via RANKL blockade) and pain sensitization (via NGF blockade)[4][6]. There is no evidence this combination is a fixed-dose product; thus, it should be interpreted as the co-administration of these two antibodies.
