Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus + Lepidoglyphus destructor depigmented modified allergen extract (DP/MG/14-1) is a subcutaneous allergen immunotherapy (SCIT) product developed by Laboratorios LETI S.L.U. It belongs to the Depigoid platform, which utilizes a proprietary process of depigmentation and polymerization (modification) of allergen extracts. This modification is intended to reduce the allergen's enzymatic activity and IgE-binding capacity (reducing the risk of systemic allergic reactions) while preserving its antigenicity and ability to induce immunological tolerance. The product contains extracts from two mite species: the house dust mite *Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus* and the storage mite *Lepidoglyphus destructor*. It is indicated for patients with allergic rhinitis, rhinoconjunctivitis, or controlled allergic asthma who demonstrate clinically relevant sensitization to these mites.
