DEXAGN + aPD-L1 is a combination therapy consisting of DEXAGN, which appears to refer to dexamethasone, a synthetic corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressant properties, and aPD-L1, a generic term denoting an anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody, which acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor.
