Overview

A combination ophthalmic preparation containing dexamethasone (a corticosteroid), sodium hyaluronate (a lubricant), and tobramycin (an antibiotic). This combination is primarily used to treat dry eye conditions after cataract surgery (phacoemulsification). Clinical studies have shown that this triple combination significantly improves treatment outcomes compared to using tobramycin and dexamethasone without sodium hyaluronate.
