Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DF5112 is a preclinical-stage immune engager being developed by Dragonfly Therapeutics that targets CCR6-positive cells. Functioning as a Th17 depleter, the drug is designed to selectively eliminate CCR6+ cells, which are key mediators in the pathogenesis of various autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. It is currently being evaluated for multiple indications, including Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), Systemic Sclerosis (SSc), Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA), Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), and Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC). As a biologic immune engager, DF5112 utilizes Dragonfly's proprietary platform to recruit the immune system to clear disease-driving cells while maintaining a favorable safety profile.
