Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Diakine TCE Combination (Oncology) is a therapeutic program developed by DEKA Biosciences that integrates their proprietary Diakine platform with T-cell engagers (TCEs). The Diakine platform consists of engineered cytokine fusion proteins designed to deliver synergistic cytokine signaling directly to the tumor microenvironment. By combining these cytokines with T-cell engagers—bispecific molecules that physically bridge T cells and tumor cells—the therapy aims to enhance T-cell infiltration, activation, and targeted cytotoxicity. This combination strategy is intended to overcome the immunosuppressive barriers of the tumor microenvironment and provide a more potent anti-tumor response than either modality alone, with potential application across a broad range of solid and hematological cancers.
