diazepam + sulindac

A combination of diazepam, a long-acting benzodiazepine with anticonvulsant, anxiolytic, sedative, muscle relaxant, and amnesic properties, and sulindac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat conditions like osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. This combination has been studied as a therapeutic regimen primarily for rheumatoid arthritis, particularly for nighttime pain relief and morning stiffness. Diazepam works by enhancing gamma-aminobutyric acid activity, while sulindac is a prodrug that is converted in vivo to an active sulfide compound which inhibits prostaglandin synthesis through COX-1 and COX-2 inhibition.
