Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Pardifen Active is a topical combination gel developed by SPEY for the relief of joint and muscular pain, inflammation, and swelling associated with traumatology, musculoskeletal disorders, and localized forms of soft tissue rheumatism. It contains four active ingredients: diclofenac diethylamine (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that inhibits prostaglandin synthesis via cyclooxygenase enzymes), linseed oil (which possesses anti-inflammatory properties and enhances skin penetration of diclofenac), methyl salicylate (a topical analgesic and counter-irritant), and menthol (a cooling agent and topical analgesic). Together, these components act synergistically to provide localized pain relief and reduce inflammation at the site of application.
