It is the code name for **Cofre Syrup**, a widely used antitussive and expectorant in South Korea. The formulation contains four active ingredients: dihydrocodeine phosphate (a semi-synthetic opioid antitussive), dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride (a sympathomimetic bronchodilator), chlorpheniramine maleate (a first-generation antihistamine), and ammonium chloride (an expectorant). Dihydrocodeine suppresses the cough reflex by acting on the medullary cough center, while methylephedrine relaxes bronchial smooth muscles to improve airflow.
