Dite (formerly known as Vacuna Doble Adultos Biol) is an approved combination vaccine developed and manufactured by Instituto Biológico Argentino (BIOL). It is indicated for active immunization against diphtheria and tetanus in adults and children aged 7 years and older. The vaccine is formulated with purified diphtheria toxoid and tetanus toxoid adsorbed onto an aluminum hydroxide gel adjuvant. It is administered via intramuscular injection to provide active immunity by stimulating the production of neutralizing antibodies against diphtheria and tetanus toxins.
