diprospan + iguratimod

Diprospan + iguratimod is a combination therapy consisting of Diprospan, a brand name for betamethasone (a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid), and iguratimod, a novel small molecule disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD). This combination is used primarily as bridge therapy in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases such as mild IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) and rheumatoid arthritis. Diprospan acts by suppressing inflammation through glucocorticoid receptor agonism, while iguratimod inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and modulates immune responses.
