disitamab vedotin + carboplatin + bevacizumab is a combination therapy regimen being evaluated for the treatment of HER2-expressing, HRD-negative high-risk ovarian cancer. The regimen consists of disitamab vedotin (RC48), a HER2-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of a humanized anti-HER2 antibody conjugated to the microtubule-disrupting agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE); carboplatin, a platinum-based chemotherapeutic agent that induces DNA cross-linking and apoptosis; and bevacizumab, a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that targets vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) to inhibit tumor angiogenesis. This combination is currently being studied in a Phase II clinical trial led by the Jiangsu Cancer Institute & Hospital as a first-line and maintenance therapy to improve outcomes in patients with specific molecular profiles of ovarian cancer.
