Overview
**Disitamab vedotin + RC98** is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, particularly HER2-expressing gastric cancer. Disitamab vedotin (also known as RC48) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) consisting of the humanized anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody hertuzumab conjugated to the microtubule inhibitor monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) via a cleavable linker. RC98 is a recombinant humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), designed to block PD-L1 on tumor cells and immune cells, enhance T-cell mediated immune response, and exert anti-tumor activity. The combination leverages targeted cytotoxicity against HER2-positive cancer cells and immune checkpoint inhibition to enhance anti-cancer efficacy[1][2][3].
