Overview

A combination therapy consisting of disulfiram, an aldehyde dehydrogenase inhibitor traditionally used to treat alcohol dependence, and temozolomide, a standard chemotherapeutic agent for glioblastoma. This combination has been investigated for its potential to enhance efficacy against glioblastoma, particularly in temozolomide-resistant cases.
