Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DLL3xB7-H3 bsADC + DLL3xSEZ6 bsADC is a combination of two bispecific antibody-drug conjugates (bsADCs) designed for enhanced targeting in small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other solid tumors. The DLL3xB7-H3 bsADC targets Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) and B7-H3, while the DLL3xSEZ6 bsADC targets DLL3 and Seizure 6 antigen (SEZ6); both leverage bispecific antibody formats to bind multiple tumor-associated antigens overexpressed in SCLC, enabling improved internalization, payload delivery, and potent cytotoxicity via their conjugated payloads. Developed by Biocytogen, this preclinical combination demonstrates superior anti-tumor activity in SCLC models compared to monospecific ADCs by addressing tumor heterogeneity and antigen escape.[4][6]
