This is a multi-agent oncology regimen combining docetaxel, vinorelbine, and bevacizumab. Docetaxel is a taxane that stabilizes microtubules and prevents depolymerization, causing mitotic arrest. Vinorelbine is a vinca alkaloid that inhibits microtubule polymerization by binding tubulin, disrupting mitotic spindle formation. Bevacizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A) to inhibit angiogenesis. The combination has been explored primarily in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), including as adjuvant therapy after resection and in advanced non-squamous NSCLC in combinations containing bevacizumab; docetaxel–vinorelbine doublets have also been studied in metastatic breast cancer. This triplet is not a branded fixed-dose combination; it is an investigational regimen assembled from three approved agents for cancer therapy.
