Donafenib + camrelizumab is a combination therapy comprising a multi-kinase inhibitor and a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor. Donafenib is a small-molecule inhibitor that targets multiple receptor tyrosine kinases, including vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR) and platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR), as well as Raf kinases, thereby inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and cell proliferation. Camrelizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that blocks the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2), restoring T-cell-mediated anti-tumor immune responses. This combination is primarily being investigated for the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and other solid tumors, leveraging the synergistic effects of anti-angiogenesis and immune checkpoint blockade.
