Overview

This is an experimental **combination regimen** of three monoclonal antibodies: dostarlimab (an anti–PD-1, marketed as Jemperli), belrestotug (an anti-TIGIT, previously known as EOS 448), and nelistotug (GSK4381562, presumably a novel immunotherapy target, sometimes described as a checkpoint inhibitor). The combination is being investigated in early-phase clinical trials (e.g., NCT05277051) for advanced solid tumors, primarily as an immunotherapy approach. Dostarlimab blocks PD-1, enhancing T-cell responses against cancer. Belrestotug targets TIGIT, an immunosuppressive receptor on T cells and NK cells, to augment anti-tumor immunity. Nelistotug's precise target is not widely described in public literature but is developed by GSK as another immunotherapy agent. The combination aims to synergistically remove multiple inhibitory signals in the tumor microenvironment.
