**Dostarlimab + pembrolizumab** refers to the combination of two anti–PD-1 monoclonal antibodies, dostarlimab and pembrolizumab. Both agents are immune checkpoint inhibitors that block the activity of the programmed death 1 (PD-1) receptor, thereby augmenting T-cell–mediated anti-tumor immune response.
