doxorubicin + vinblastine + dacarbazine

This is a combination of three chemotherapy drugs: doxorubicin (also known as Adriamycin), vinblastine, and dacarbazine. Doxorubicin is an anthracycline antibiotic that intercalates DNA and inhibits topoisomerase II, leading to DNA damage and apoptosis. Vinblastine is a vinca alkaloid that binds to tubulin, inhibiting microtubule formation and arresting cell division at metaphase. Dacarbazine is an alkylating agent that methylates guanine in DNA, resulting in inhibition of DNA synthesis and function[1][4][5][6].
