Dr. King's Children's Cough Relief is a homeopathic oral spray developed by King Bio Inc. for the temporary relief of various cough symptoms in children, including dry, barking, spasmodic, croupy, and continuous coughs associated with the common cold or inhaled irritants. The product is a water-based formulation containing a complex blend of highly diluted homeopathic ingredients, including *Croton tiglium*, *Curare*, *Dulcamara*, *Graphites*, *Ignatia amara*, *Iodum*, *Muriaticum acidum*, *Saccharum officinale*, and *Silicea*, along with essential oils and flower essences. As a homeopathic remedy, it is prepared according to the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS). In 2018, this product was part of a large-scale voluntary recall initiated by King Bio due to concerns over high levels of microbial contamination at their manufacturing facility.
