DR30206 + oxaliplatin + leucovorin + fluorouracil is a multi-agent combination regimen for cancer therapy, currently under investigation in clinical trials for gastrointestinal tumors, including advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer. DR30206 is a trispecific antibody fusion protein designed to inhibit three key targets: PD-L1, VEGF, and TGF-β. Leucovorin (folinic acid) enhances the anti-cancer effect of fluorouracil by stabilizing its binding to thymidylate synthase, increasing cytotoxicity. Fluorouracil is a pyrimidine analog and antimetabolite that inhibits DNA synthesis by targeting thymidylate synthase. The combination represents a strategy to merge immunotherapy with standard chemotherapeutic agents, leveraging complementary anticancer mechanisms for improved efficacy in solid tumors such as colorectal and other digestive tract cancers[1][2].
