Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a hypothetical combination of three glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs): dulaglutide, liraglutide, and semaglutide. Each is an injectable peptide drug used primarily for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and, in some cases, obesity. All three drugs act as GLP-1 receptor agonists to enhance glucose-dependent insulin secretion, suppress inappropriate glucagon secretion, slow gastric emptying, and promote satiety. Dulaglutide (marketed as Trulicity), liraglutide (Victoza for diabetes; Saxenda for weight management), and semaglutide (Ozempic for diabetes; Wegovy for weight management) are each approved individually but are not formulated or clinically recommended as a triple combination due to overlapping mechanisms of action and lack of additional benefit[4][8]. Current clinical guidelines do not support concurrent use of multiple GLP-1 RAs.
