Overview

A combination of duloxetine, a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI), and dexamethasone, a corticosteroid. This combination is used in multimodal analgesia to reduce opioid use and side effects in conditions like postoperative pain. Duloxetine has efficacy in chronic pain conditions, while dexamethasone enhances postoperative analgesia and reduces postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV).
